• I am based in Tokyo, Japan and accepting commissions from garage kit collectors internationally.
• Commissions generally take 2-3 months from start to completion.
• Price starts at $400 and depends on the number of pieces, size, and complexity of the kit.
• If you already have the kit in possession:
  • The contents of the kit (number of pieces, decals, etc.) must be verified by you before shipping to me.
  • Shipping of kit from you to me will be your responsibility.
• If you do not have the kit in possession and would like me to procure the kit on your behalf:
  • I will try to procure the kit either in-person at Tokyo-based events or online and delivered directly to me.
  • I will verify the contents of the kit (number of pieces, decals, etc.).
  • You may also order kits yourself and ship directly to me to save an extra shipping step.
  • More details in the “Procure & Paint” section.
• Once completed, the return shipping of the figure back to you is my responsibility. Shipping is included in the final price.
• I may refuse the commission based on the kit and my personal discretion, such as recasts or unauthorized reproductions, vulgar or offensive content, or items prohibited by law in either of our countries.
• I will try my best to paint a kit as perfectly as possible. But as pieces are hand painted, minor imperfections may occur. So please understand.

Procure & Paint

Interested in a kit that’s only available at events like Wonder Festival or only available for shipping in Japan? You can request me to procure the kit on your behalf.

• For onsite events in Tokyo (such as Wonder Festival, Tonamo, and Hobby Round), I will attend the event in person and purchase the kit on your behalf.
• For online purchases, I will order it directly to me.
• This service fee is free, but I ask that you split the event entry fee with me, if any.
• To use this service, tell me the kit and the event and pay me the cost of the kit beforehand. I will attend the event and purchase. Similarly for online exclusives.
• The cost of the kit is separate from the commission pricing. Once I have procured your kit through Procure & Paint, its cost is non-refundable, as it was purchased on your behalf. The kit is yours.
• In case I am unable to obtain the kit, the commission can be cancelled free of charge, minus the entry fee split, if any. Your cost of the kit will be refunded to you as well.
• If you cancel after I have already procured your kit, you will be refunded the commission price minus a $50 service fee. This service is not intended as a standalone proxy service.
• As a variation of online procurement, you may also order the kit yourself and ship directly to my address, saving you an extra shipping step which costs time and money.

Custom Bases

Does your kit not come with a base? I can provide one based on your preferences. I can print and apply decals as you wish as well.

• I will work with you to provide a base to your preferences. I can provide an acrylic or wood base either round or square of an appropriate size and height.
• I can also order custom bases from shops for your kit.
• I also can print and apply decals if you like onto your base.
• The service fee is $10-30 depending on customization.

• All payments will be made through VGen.
• 50% of the price will be paid upfront before services commence.
• 50% of the price will be paid when I complete painting and assembling the figure.

• The usual turnaround is 2-3 months once I start work on your kit. Shipping time is not included in this estimate.
• The start date of your kit depends on my receiving the kit and verifying the contents, and if I have ongoing commissions.
• I will communicate your estimated timeline and start date to you when accepting the commission.
• Timeline may vary depending on circumstances. I will keep you up to date on any changes.
• If you wish to rush the commission, you may request so for an added 25-50% of the commission price, subject to my availability and workload.

• Your figure will be carefully packaged in foam cutout padding.
• Depending on the figure, some assembly may be required. If so, I will provide a picture guide.
• Shipping is included in the final price. However if the kit is unusually large or heavy, I may increase the price accordingly.
• I will ship with Japan Post EMS ship option which generally takes 3-10 business days worldwide. I will provide you the tracking number for your shipment.
• If you wish to add extra insurance for the package, I will pass the extra insurance fee to you.
• Any extra costs of the shipment (such as your country’s tariff or duty) will be covered by you.
• In the rare case that the package is damaged in transit or by customs inspection, I am sorry but I cannot be held responsible. So please contact your courier or authority for compensation.

• The garage kit figure is copyright of the modeler who modeled it.
• Additionally, the illustration, if any, that the model is based upon, is copyright of the illustrator.
• The paint job belongs to me, the painter.
• As the painter, I reserve the right to display my work in my portfolio and/or social media.
• If you display or share my photos of the finished commission, please credit me.

• Communication can be done thru VGen, Discord, X/Twitter, Instagram, or email, depending on your preferences.
• I will provide WIP (work in progress) updates and photos so as to make sure work is on track and up to your expectations, and to accommodate any minor revisions or requests you may have.

• I will provide constant WIP updates on the work and try to accommodate any requests as the work is progressing.
• Once painting is done, I may refuse heavy revisions.

• You may cancel the commission and receive a full refund up until I receive your kit and begin work. The return shipping of the kit back to you will be your responsibility.
• If you used the Procure & Paint service:
  • You will be refunded the commission price minus a $50 service fee.
  • The kit cost is non-refundable, as the kit was purchased on your behalf and is yours. Simply cover return shipping.
• Once preparation stage begins, you may request a partial refund depending on how much work has been done already.
• Once painting begins, no refunds will be provided unless I do not complete the commission for any reason.
